Lakeside Restoration & Reconstruction is a state-licensed general contractor out of Groveland, Florida. It was built around one idea. Whoever removes the mold should be able to finish the room.

Why We Do Both
Many companies can do one half of the job. A remediation company clears the mold and leaves. Then you start over, finding a contractor, explaining what happened, and hoping the two companies agree on what is behind the walls.
We built Lakeside to avoid that. We remediate mold, and under our own general contractor license we do the reconstruction that follows. You have one contract, one schedule, and one person to call.
